Two Team Tournament July 19
This is one of the most popular events at Duntroon Highlands. It’s a Ryder style team-based tournament open to everyone** with tee times starting at 11:00 AM. Two teams of 40 play to find out who takes the coveted Highlander Cup.
Public players, Members and Flex Pack holders will fight it out for bragging rights to the title of Highlander Cup Champion.
**Official Golf Canada handicap is required.
FORMAT: Ryder Cup with a Twist
- > Team Dalton (white) vs. Team Jean (red). The team’s names are inspired by the original founders of Duntroon Highlands, Dalton and Jean Sampson.
- > First foursome starts at 11 AM; teams will be allocated and sent out at least 48 hours prior to July 19. Dress in the colour of the team you are put on…Team White or Team Red
- > Two players from each team will be paired up within a foursome to take on two players from the other team in a series of three 6-hole matches.
- > Live announcing will begin after 5 pm, making the last few foursomes coming through the 18th hole crowd favourites as Team Dalton and Team Jean battle it out
